This guide explains how to download, place, and load Apex DMA model files from the menu.

Before You Start

Check the Model Folder

Place the model files in the maps folder for BurnSky Apex. Replace “your Windows username” in the path with your actual Windows username.

• Model folder · C:\Users\your Windows username\AppData\Local\BurnSkyApex\maps
• Model file · .Bin file
• Download archive · maps.zip

File Location The .Bin file must be inside the maps folder. Leaving the archive somewhere else is not enough.

Load the Model

Download and Place the File

• Open the model file download link and download maps.zip.
• Place maps.zip in C:\Users\your Windows username\AppData\Local\BurnSkyApex\maps.
• Make sure the .Bin file is in C:\Users\your Windows username\AppData\Local\BurnSkyApex\maps. If the archive contains a .Bin file, place it in this folder.

Load It from the Menu

• Open the BurnSky Apex menu.
• Select [To be added: model loading option name] from the menu.
• Follow the menu prompts to load the .Bin file from the maps folder.
